A boiler is one of those appliances you don’t want to fail before you think about replacement. You definitely don’t want to be left without heat when the bitter cold starts making its presence.   1. Drain down the heating system and remove two existing boilers to be recycled
  2. Supply and install one new Weil McClain 95% Ultra High efficiency condensing gas-fired boiler with aluminum heat exchanger
  3. Supply and install a new automatic water feeder and ball valve
  4. Supply and install low-water cut-off
  5. Supply and install three new Taco circulating pumps and flanges for existing zones
  6. Supply and install a new thermostat and zone for an office. Supply and install new 3/4″ copper feed and return lines back to the boiler with Taco zone
  7. Supply and install a new Honeywell digital thermostat and necessary electrical wiring
  8. Supply and install new 3/4″ gas line, brass valve, pipe, and fittings
  9. Supply and install new air vent and check valve
  10. Supply and install 3/4″ purge setup and ball valves
  11. Supply and install new PVC venting to the outside of the house
  12. Supply and install all necessary electrical work, as needed
  13. Fill the system and purge the air
  14. Test out and clean up
