Water Heater Replacement Options In Delaware County

|

If you are in need of a new water heater – whether it be due to a problem or simply your device becoming outdated –, our company can provide you with four viable options. No matter your selection, members of Feehan Plumbing & Heating's expertly trained customer service staff would be delighted to replace your water heater.

Water Heater Option #1 In Delaware County

Option number one is without doubt the most efficient choice of our four selections. First, we would have to remove the existing hot water heater to be recycled. Next, we would supply and install a Navien 98% tankless NR240 –with 199,000 BTU– hot water heater. We would then supply and install a ¾” gas line with a brass shut-off valve to the new unit, two 3” PVC vent lines that lead outside, and a condensate line. The final steps would be to supply and install hot and cold copper lines to the new location and install the electric line for your heater. The total cost to purchase this heater – and have it installed – would be $3,585.48. The unit also comes with a 15-year warranty and qualifies for a 30% tax credit with up to $1500.00 from the federal government and a $300.00 rebate from the state.

Water Heater Option #2 In Delaware County

Option number two is nearly as efficient as the first choice but uses a machine that holds less BTU. First, we would have to remove the existing hot water heater to be recycled. Next, we would supply and install a Navien 98% tankless NR210 –with a 180,000 BTU– hot water heater. We would then supply and install a ¾” gas line with a brass shut-off valve to the new unit, two 3” PVC vent lines that lead outside, and a condensate line. The final steps would be to supply and install hot and cold copper lines to the new location and install the electric line for your heater. The unit also comes with a 15-year warranty and qualifies for a 30% tax credit with up to $1500.00 from the federal government and a $300.00 rebate from the state.

Water Heater Option #3 In Delaware County

Option number three is where things begin to greatly differ. First, we must remove the existing thirty-gallon oil-fired hot water heater to be recycled. Next, we will supply and install a seventy-five-gallon Bradford White gas hot water heater. Supplying and installing a new relief valve, pipe, and fittings as well as a new gas line from the meter to the hot water heater before installing a new 4” smoke pipe into the chimney would be the final step of the process. There is a $2285.77 cost for this system and it comes with a six-year warranty on the tank.

Water Heater Option #4 In Delaware County

For option number four, we would first remove the existing thirty-gallon oil-fired hot water heater to be recycled. Next, we will supply and install a thirty-gallon Bradford White oil-fired hot water heater. Then, we would supply and install a new oil burner and filter along with a new relief valve, pipe, and fittings. There is a $2520.00 cost for this system and it comes with a six-year warranty on the tank and two years on the parts and the burner.
