Feehan Plumbing & Heating will determine the source of your leak using sophisticated electronics, no matter how small that source will be. Compared to the traditional means of trial-and-error leak detection, these new, advanced methods allow us to find leaks and repair them with a minimum of property disruption. When a customer calls us for help because they have discovered a plumbing leak, they are mainly concerned with having that leak repaired as quickly and efficiently as possible, and at a minimum cost.
One of the reasons pipe leaks are so headache-inducing is that many of your pipes are in hard-to-reach locations, often running below floors, gardens, lawns, driveways, or patios. If this sounds similar to your leak issues, we may have an alternative to excavating those buried pipes:
- Slip lining is a trenchless (non-invasive) method of sewer repair by which a new, leak-free pipe interior is installed inside the existing one.
- Slip lining is completed by installing a smaller, “carrier pipe” into a larger “host pipe,” grouting the annular space between the two pipes, and sealing the ends.
- When possible, we like to rely on trenchless techniques like slip lining to help keep project costs down while also reducing stress for the homeowner.
We take an honest, no-nonsense approach to each job. Our industry-standard repair techniques are the culmination of decades of expertise, combined with a passion for meeting the unique needs and challenges of each and every client. We offer multiple existing pipe repair options. To determine which will work best for you and your project, contact Feehan Plumbing & Heating today!
